EXCHANGE AND RETURN

We make sure your ETNIKONCEPT experience is amazing from start to finish. That’s why our exchange and return policy is straightforward. You may request an EXCHANGE of the purchased product within fifteen (15) calendar days after purchase. In this case, you will receive an exchange voucher to use on another item on the site, valid for up to 30 days.

If you prefer to return the product, you must contact us through the website within seven (7) calendar days after receipt. You will be responsible for shipping to return the item. The return address is in São Paulo, and, for security reasons, location details will be sent directly via WhatsApp.

In the case of payments via payment link or credit card or bank slip, the payment will be reversed on the customer’s next invoice.
In the case of payments made by PIX, the amount will be refunded by PIX within 10 days after the return has been registered by our team.

To carry out any of the procedures – Exchange or Return – send a message through the CONTACT form  informing which item you want to exchange or return. 

IMPORTANT: Returns of custom-made jewelry, personalized jewelry or jewelry that has been refurbished or modified are not permitted.

Only exchanges and returns that are informed by the CONTACT form will be accepted. Messages sent in comments on Instagram posts, by Instagram or Facebook direct, WhatsApp or any other social network will not be considered.

EXCHANGE AND/OR RETURN TERMS:

For the Exchange or Return of an item to be processed, it is essential that:

• The piece has the Etnikconcept label and/or seals intact and attached to it;
• Returns must be made in a box suitable for mailing and duly sealed. We suggest that you use the same box, bag or wrap in which the purchase was delivered. If you no longer have this box, you can ship it in any shipping resistant box.
• The piece has not been altered, has not been washed or used, has no odors or stains and has not been altered by the customer.

FORMS OF REFUND

• Exchange Voucher


­ – It is linked to your Name/login/CPF and is valid for 1 (one) month. It can be used when purchasing any item available in the online store.
­ – If the value of the new item to be purchased is greater than the value of the gift card: at the end of the order, you can pay the difference with any of the payment options available in the online store.
– If the order value is less than the exchange voucher, you can use the difference (balance) on other purchases in the online store, using the same code at the time of purchase.
– Value of the order equal to the value of the exchange voucher: if
­ – Every purchase made with an exchange voucher will have a confirmation period of up to 3 (three) business days.

 

• Reversal of the Value

­ – According to article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code in BRAZIL, if you regret a purchase, you have up to 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the goods to request a return by exchange voucher or refund of the amount paid. The refund of the amount paid will be made within 30 days after the product arrives in our stock and after the item’s quality analysis has been carried out.
